The Old Milk House (now available) and the Stables are smaller cottages very similar to Granary but are twin bedded and will be based close to Granary prices. Cattle are inside now for the winter and Byre and Milkhouse bedroom windows actually look across the yard to the buildings.  So you may watch the cows nibbling their silage and sheltering from the cold.   Three of the cows are getting fatter and calves are due from February onwards. We’re now taking bookings for “The Stable” - same prices as Milk House Ring for futher details!!!  As part of the ongoing environmental scheme – hedge protection work has been carried out over the winter with some new stiles and gateways added round the farm. Some hedge planting has taken place in the gaps to restore the ancient hedges, with   a mixture of native plants. Meadow restoration work started last year with some native wild flower seeds gathered from a nearly farm and planted, we wait to see if they grow and more seed work  will be undertaken in July  with wild flower seeds planted after the hay
